The team consists of 15 full time and up to 80 part time staff.

Peter Cornish
Managing Director and Commercial Director, Pollybell Organic Farm

Peter came to Pollybell in 1984 where he started managing the southern part of the farm. He took overall responsibility for running the farm in 1992 and 5 years later Peter took responsibility for all Loveden Estate farms. In 2008 Peter also became Commercial Director. Peter is a Member of the board of the Horticultural Development Company (HDC) and chairs the Vegetable panel of the HDC.

James Brown
Finance Director, Pollybell Organic Farm

James, who joined Pollybell Organic Farm in January 2008, is the 5th generation of the family to continue the tradition of returning to Lincolnshire having qualified as a chartered accountant in London.





Rob Corlett
Technical Manager

Rob Corlett was appointed as Pollybell's Technical Manager in January 2010. Prior to joining the team he was Farm Manager of Vitacress Salads based in the Pewsey Vale of Wiltshire, where he was responsible for the production of over 300 acres of conventional and organic baby leaf salads for over 12 years.

Jane Cooper
Office Manager & Accounts

Jane joined Pollybell in 1997 as a farm secretary. Her role has since developed and now includes everything from accounts through to audit and personnel responsibilities.

Helen Blackburn
Office Administration

Helen lives locally in the Isle of Axholme and joined Pollybell in 2001. She has numerous duties in the office and is the first friendly voice you will hear when you telephone us.

Nigel Brown
Non-excutive Chairman, Pollybell Organic Farm

Nigel is the 4th generation to be involved with the family farming business. Before returning to Lincolnshire in 1974, he qualified as a chartered accountant and worked in a merchant bank in London.
